Millstone House is a luxury countryside home located just eight minutes from Oban, set in private grounds overlooking Lerags Glen.
The upper level forms the main living space and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The lower-level features two additional en-suite bedrooms, including one with step-free access for wheelchair users. Please note that while the bedroom is fully accessible, the downstairs toilet is not adapted.

Although three of the bedrooms have en-suite showers, two of them are in the downstairs part of the house. If there were six guests in a family and they all wished to stay upstairs, then please note that two of the upstairs bedrooms are not en-suite. They would though have shared access to the main bathroom which has a bath and power shower and has more room than an en-suite.
There is a dedicated air source heat pump heating 600 litres of hot water in two tanks. It is unlikely that even in high use by the maximum number of guests that hot water will run out. It automatically heats up without using any boost switch. Heating is on automatic between 18c and 21c. This can simply be turned off or switched to manual which fixed the temperature to your liking. There is though only one zone in the house, so if the temperate is too hot in one room, then the radiator valves must be turned off or down.
